About the Role
We're looking for compassionate and reliable casual Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. You'll assist customers with daily living, community access, and personal growth, helping them live life to the fullest.

What You'll Be Doing

•    Providing personal care tailored to each customer's needs


•    Preparing meals and assisting with medication administration


•    Offering emotional and mental health support


•    Assisting with domestic tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable home


•    Encouraging and supporting social and community participation

What We're Looking For

•    Experience in disability support or a related field preferred


•    A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities


•    Reliable, flexible, and willing to work within a rotating 24/7 roster

Essential Requirements

•    Current Driver's Licence (P2 or Open) with own vehicle


•    Senior First Aid & CPR Certificate


•    NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)


•    QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
