Poyser Motor Group is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Advisor.

About the role

As the first point of contact between our dealership and our service customers, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

  • Book and coordinate all aspects of vehicle servicing and/or repairs

  • Monitoring and managing workflows and customer communication

  • Providing exceptional customer service

About you

You are personable, known for your customer service, naturally building rapport and engaging with different audiences through your communication skills. You enjoy a fast-paced environment whilst being organised and highly motivated.

You will have:

  • A passion for exceeding customer expectations

  • A strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • A strong work ethic and be a team player

  • Efficient time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
