Role Description

Full-time, Part-time, Casual and Contract roles are available in the Civil, High Risk, Transport, Rural, and Health sectors located in Rockhampton, QLD. Trainer/Assessors will be responsible for delivering training, assessing competency, and ensuring compliance within the specified sectors on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent, or a willingness to obtain.
  • Industry experience in the relevant sector - delivering training in the civil, high risk, transport, rural, health.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in conducting assessments and maintaining documentation
  • Experience in working with diverse groups of learners
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in specified sectors
