Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia's leading residential construction and property development companies, now has a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with our Clarendon Homes team for residential construction projects in the Strathfield, Earlwood, Yagoona, Chester Hill and surrounding regions.

What you'll do:

  • Leading and motivating your site teams to deliver high-quality builds safely, on time, and within budget
  • Managing all aspects of the construction process, from site start to handover
  • Ensuring compliance with WHS standards, building codes, and company policies
  • Coordinating trades, suppliers, and contractors to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Monitoring costs, productivity, and progress to achieve business objectives
  • Driving a strong customer focus by ensuring clear communication and a positive building experience

About you

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • 3+ years experience in a Residential Construction Site Management or similar role
  • Minimum Certificate 3 in Carpentry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide, and inspire teams
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, trades, and colleagues
  • A solutions-focused approach with a drive to achieve results
