Australian Computer Traders is a leading online and retail ex-government IT equipment supplier with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality refurbished IT equipment and exceptional Customer Service.

Daily Duties:

  • Consistently and accurately maintain both, our Online Inventory via a CMS and, our Offline Inventory via proprietary system.
  • Record and compare received goods before transfer to a different Department.
  • Collaborate on monthly Stock Takes with your Teammates.
  • Pick pre-packed orders for Customer Orders.
  • Locate stock within our Production Process for Customer Orders.
  • Consistently communicate with Team members across a variety of Departments.
  • Collaborate with your Teammates to ensure that we not only meet our customer's expectations but adhere to our Marketplace Partner's SLA's.
  • Collaborate on the overall organisation and appearance of our Warehouse by supporting Forklift Operators and completing manual unloading and loading tasks.
  • Prepare Product for sale via established cleaning and packing processes.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, ISO standards, and Chain of Responsibility (CQR) regulations.

About you:

  • Take pride in and champion excellent organisational skills
  • Demonstrated experience in an Inventory Controller role.
  • Consistently communicate with both clients and staff.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office and Google Suite applications.
  • A Team member who enjoys collaborating with their team mates to achieve dynamic priorities and tasks.
  • Forklift License (desirable but not essential)
