About the role

Join our dynamic and high-performing team as a Novated Lease Consultant, where you will thrive in an energetic and fast-paced environment. As the primary point of contact for qualified Novated Lease leads, you will have the opportunity to showcase your product knowledge and educate customers on the incredible benefits of leasing. Your expertise will be instrumental in converting leads into successful vehicle deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Nurturing Novated Leasing opportunities by educating customers on the advantages and benefits of the Novated Lease product
• To meet and exceed individual and team targets
• To build and maintain strong relationships across all stakeholders (internal and external)
• Preparation of Novated Lease quotes including the ability to clearly articulate how they work and customer benefits
• Assisting with operational activities including credit applications and vehicle procurement
• Manage your customer portfolio whilst maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads
• Providing exceptional customer service in line with our company guidelines
• Ensure compliance and consistent application of policies, procedures, and legislation
• Ability to work and contribute in a change environment
• Active participation in team/business meetings and events
• Maintain and grow customer portfolios with new sales and retention strategies

Your skills and experience

To exceed in this role, you must be performance driven

• Experience in sales or customer service role (Novated Leasing or Salary Packaging experience is an advantage but not essential)
• Experience working in a fast paced, customer service centric environment.
• Track record of maintaining and exceeding targets.
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Customer focused with a strong emphasis on providing favourable outcomes for both the customer and the business
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to clearly articulate idea, utilising very good communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
