You'll assist customers with their needs, support the dispensing team, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked, welcoming environment.You'll work closely with pharmacists and other team members in a collaborative setting that values customer care, accuracy, and efficiency. This role offers a great opportunity to build your retail skills in a pharmacy environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerProcess sales and handle point-of-sale transactions accuratelyAssist in preparing prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacistMaintain stock levels by unpacking orders, restocking shelves, and rotating stockEnsure the pharmacy is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standardsAnswer general customer queries and refer clinical questions to the pharmacistSupport administrative tasks such as labelling, filing, and stocktakingPromote pharmacy products and services in line with customer needsSite InformationSlade Pharmacy Kings Meadows is a unique branch within the Slade Pharmacy network.
