About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in environmental science, botany, zoology, environmental science (or similar)
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Accreditation or experience under the SA Native Vegetation Act 1991 is highly desirable
  • Terrestrial flora and/or fauna survey experience, including the capacity to plan surveys and coordinate field teams
  • Demonstrated experience in project managing medium and large-scale development and/or biodiversity projects
  • Experienced in developing and maintaining positive relationships with a range of stakeholders including clients, government agencies and fellow team members
  • Demonstrated experience in the collection and interpretation of ecological and spatial data
  • Strong verbal / written communication skills including experience in preparing and reviewing reports. Willingness to take responsibility for delivery of reports to final quality
  • Highly motivated with a strong team commitment
  • Be willing to work flexible hours and travel for work
