Sinclair Dermatology is one of Australia's leading centres for skin and hair health. With a strong reputation in clinical care, education, and research, we offer specialist dermatology services in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. We are currently seeking a capable, organised, and self-driven Practice Project Officer to support our executive team and internal practice groups in delivering high-quality care and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the CEO, Practice Manager and Corporate Services Manager
  • Assist small-to-medium projects including assistance with Fellowship Program, delivering outcomes in a time sensitive manner
  • Draft, review, and maintain clear and compliant internal policies, procedures, and operational documentation
  • Liaise with clinical teams to coordinate project and administrative needs
  • Prepare reports, presentations, templates, and communications using Microsoft Office 365
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the practice and with external stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to streamline internal systems and processes

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in administration and or practice roles in small to medium-sized clinical settings would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to assist with projects or complex tasks
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and attention to detail

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in a healthcare, allied health, or legal environment
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance, accreditation, and quality standards is advantageous
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field would be welcomed
