The successful candidate must possess:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
  • QBCC license
  • White Card (Construction Induction Card)
  • Diploma or Degree in Building and Construction or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in residential construction, particularly multi-dwelling developments
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and regulations
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and quality control processes
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple contractors simultaneously
  • Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget
