About the Role
This role can be based out of any Lucid office. This role plays a key part in driving projects and bid management across a range of national clients. As a Bid & Project Advisor, you'll support teams in the preparation of tenders, project documentation - ensuring clarity, quality, and consistency across all submissions.
You will work closely with National and Regional Leaders, and the Clients & Markets bids team to coordinate content, manage timelines, and prepare compelling written content. This is a collaborative and detail-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple disciplines and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and prepare high-quality expressions of interest, proposal submissions, capability statements, presentations in collaboration with discipline leaders, and multidisciplinary teams across all offices.
• Assist in reviewing and improving bid processes and submission quality. Develop and maintain bid content, templates, and capability statements.
•Ensure all deliverables meet Lucid's brand guidelines, tone of voice and quality standards.
To thrive in this role, you'll be someone who:
Has experience in bids, or project support within professional services, construction, or engineering sectors.
• Has strong writing, editing, and formatting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Are highly organized and confident managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines.
• Communicates clearly, is proactive, curious, and enjoys finding ways to improve processes and presentation quality.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Adobe InDesign or similar design software (advantageous).
• Has experience writing bid content for defence opportunities is preferred but not required
