Tower Group Projects is a leading formwork company delivering high-quality construction solutions across New South Wales. We specialise in formwork, concrete, and structural works, and we are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our growing team.

Position Title: Civil Engineer

Salary: $92,000 per annum (full-time, permanent position).

Job Description

The Civil Engineer will play a key role in overseeing and delivering projects across formwork and concrete construction. This position involves working closely with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and manage formwork and structural engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
  • Provide technical advice and support to project teams.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist in tendering, cost estimates, and project scheduling.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years' relevant experience in civil or structural engineering, preferably in formwork and concrete construction.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering codes, standards, and regulations in Australia.
  • Proven ability to prepare and review technical documents and drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering software and project management tools.
