Customer Advisor – Guyra Branch (Part-Time)

• Part time, permanent position approx. 30hrs p.w.
• $30 per hour + superannuation and leave loading

Regional Australia Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor to join our Guyra team and support our customers' day-to-day banking needs.

Job Description

About the Role

As a Customer Advisor you will:

• Provide friendly, accurate, and confidential banking services to customers
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Identify proactive solutions and products to meet customer needs
• Use technology and systems effectively to deliver excellent service
• Work independently at times while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Ensure attention to detail and accuracy across all activities
