Regional Australia Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor to join our Guyra team and support our customers’ day-to-day banking needs .

About the Role

As a Customer Advisor you will:

- Provide friendly, accurate, and confidential banking services to customers
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Identify proactive solutions and products to meet customer needs
- Use technology and systems effectively to deliver excellent service
- Work independently at times while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Ensure attention to detail and accuracy across all activities
