What You'll Do

As a Junior Crew Member (Casual), you'll be the heartbeat of our kitchen and dining area – greeting customers, taking orders, preparing mouthwatering meals, and keeping everything looking sharp and clean. You'll have the chance to grow and develop your skills in a fun and fast-paced environment

Your Role In Detail:
  • Greeting customers and providing top-notch service with a smile.
  • Preparing burgers, sides, and beverages according to Burger Urge standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment in the kitchen and dining area.
  • Handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring all sales are accurate.
  • Training and learning new skills to keep up with Burger Urge's evolving menu and standards.
  • Working closely with your team to keep things moving fast and efficiently

  • Junior Crew Members: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Flexibility with hours – evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
  • Food Safety Certificate (or the ability to get one).
  • RSA Certificate (must be obtained within 30 days of starting).
