We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and resilient Personal & Executive Assistant (PA/EA) to provide comprehensive support to a busy family. This is a demanding, high-pressure role requiring absolute discretion, flexibility, and the ability to balance both household management and executive-level business administration.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly managing the family's personal and professional priorities. This is not a standard 9–5 position, the role requires availability during evenings, weekends, and at short notice to meet the family's needs.

Business & Administrative Support (EA Duties)

  • Coordinate and manage business and personal schedules across the family.
  • Maintain diaries, ensuring smooth scheduling and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare, execute, and file documents in a timely and organized manner.
  • Manage internal digital drives and filing systems.
  • Oversee subscriptions and publications.
  • Arrange and manage all travel plans, itineraries, and general logistics.
  • Provide office management support and handle a range of administrative duties.

Household & Personal Support (PA Duties)

  • Oversee all general and ad hoc household management duties.
  • Manage car maintenance, servicing, and related logistics.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for deliveries and household services.
  • Handle daily errands, including groceries, dry-cleaning, and ad hoc requests.
  • Manage and supervise household repairs and ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide support to all family members with personal and household needs.
  • Assist with planning and execution of family events, gatherings, and projects.

Note: You must live in the eastern suburbs or very close.
