This position is responsible for Alumni engagement, undertaking secretariat duties for the Alumni committee and aiding with the coordination of College related events and activities including the provision of administrative, online ticketing, inbox management, programme and collateral design support.

YOU WILL

Strengthen Alumni engagement, communication and meaningful connections

Administer Alumni Association, foundation, and community history activities

Provide event coordination and administrative support

Administer ticketing and reporting requirements

Support with programme, design, digital media and publications

Work collaboratively to support quality service delivery

Contribute to compliance requirements, accounts and stock control

Maintain Archives

YOU WILL BRING

Proven experience in alumni or community relations with event coordination exposure

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to build meaningful connection

Digitally literate, detail oriented and efficient, with the agility to effectively navigate systems

Highly organised, solutions focused and works well autonomously and collaboratively

Dependable, adaptable to varied hours and tasks, discreet, and committed to service excellence

Sound knowledge of, and experience using, programs such as Canva and In Design well regarded

Working with Children blue card and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
