The Role

As Boutique Manager, you will:

  • Lead by example, building a customer-focused culture and delivering exceptional service
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse team to exceed KPIs and celebrate wins
  • Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and loss prevention
  • Build strong relationships with VIP clients and create memorable in-store experiences
  • Recruit, train, and coach a like-minded, high-performing team

About You

You thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and bring:

  • Boutique Manager, Concession Manager, or Assistant Manager experience in luxury or contemporary retail
  • A track record of driving sales, KPIs, and team performance
  • A passion for 1:1 clienteling and delivering an elevated shopping experience
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
