Position: Occupational Therapist (grads through to seniors)

Location: Parramatta or Liverpool, Sydney (2 sites)

Salary: $85,000 – $125,000 + Super (based on experience)

Start Date: Flexible, start anytime before February 2026

Work Type: Full-time, clinic-based role with one community day per week

This is an opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a supportive team where culture comes first. Based in a modern clinic with a sensory gym, extensive resources, and plenty of room for collaboration, you'll work with clients across the lifespan with a diverse range of presentations including ASD, neurological conditions, learning delays, cerebral palsy, ADHD, and Down syndrome.

Caseload

The company sees clients across the lifespan. However, there is scope to choose a caseload that interests you. Whether you want to support paeds only in their new sensory gym or see an adult caseload across various settings such as homes & hospitals, you can decide

Space to Grow

Enjoy weekly supervision from your team leader as well as weekly development sessions with the director who is an OT with 15+ years' experience. Further, receive a CPD allowance to keep developing your skills while working in a team that encourages continuous learning.

Balance Built In

Report writing can be done from home or in the clinic, and with supportive admin staff, you won't be bogged down in non-clinical tasks.

• $80,000 - $85,000: Grad salary
• $90,000 – $100,000 + super: Grad–3 years' experience
• $100,000 – $120,000 + super: 3–6 years' experience
• $120,000+ + super: 7+ years' experience

On top of this, many clinicians receive performance bonuses, averaging an extra $10,000 annually.
