Job type: Permanent

Job Description:

  • Design and build Pega BPM applications using Pega PRPC and other frameworks
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Pega solutions
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with business strategies and objectives
  • Lead the planning, development, testing, and deployment phases of Pega projects
  • Make architectural decisions ensuring scalability, performance, and security
  • Perform code reviews and enforce best practices
  • Design complex integrations with external systems
  • Mentor junior developers and system architects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and stakeholders
  • Provide consultative guidance and technical support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Document technical designs, release notes, and system configurations.
  • Ensure application quality through rigorous testing and debugging.
  • Maintain system health and troubleshoot production issues
  • Support ongoing maintenance and enhancement of Pega applications

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Certification
    : Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
  • Experience
    : Typically 5+ years in Pega development and architecture
  • Technical Skills
    : Strong grasp of Pega PRPC, integration techniques and object-oriented principles
  • Soft Skills
    : Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
