Position: Early Childhood Educator

(Full-Time or Part-Time – 4 Days)

Mogo Aboriginal Preschool is more than a place of learning — it's a place of connection, culture, and community. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Mogo, working with children aged 3–6 years old.

This is not just a role. It's an opportunity to contribute to closing the gap in Aboriginal educational outcomes, to partner with families and Elders, and to honour the strong foundations already in place.

Position Details

  • Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • Work Options: School term only OR full-time, year-round
  • Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (4 days per week)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year working with children aged 3–6 years

Who We're Looking For

We're not just looking for "an educator." We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
  • Has at least 1 year of experience supporting children aged 3–6 years.
  • Is passionate about cultural connection and reconciliation in education.
  • Believes in the power of early learning to transform lives.
  • Values collaboration, respect, and innovation.
  • Wants to be part of something bigger than a classroom — a movement for positive change.
