About the role

Join a leading mental health services provider, MORATO', as a Psychologist in our Sydney CBD office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological care and support to our diverse client base. As a crucial member of our growing team, you will play a pivotal part in transforming the lives of those we serve.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and developing personalised treatment plans for clients
  • Delivering evidence-based psychological interventions, such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, to help clients achieve their goals
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed client records in accordance with professional and organisational standards
  • Participating in continued professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practice.

What we're looking for

  • A registered Psychologist with a minimum of 2 years' post-registration experience
  • Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills, with a focus on evidence-based treatments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to client care
  • Proficiency in the use of electronic client management systems and data reporting
