We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Construction division for a dynamic, people-focused Territory Sales Manager to drive growth and make meaningful connections across the construction industry. What You'll Do:

  • Deliver a standout customer experience, using your product knowledge and industry insight to offer tailored solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients across a wide range of sectors in Construction, Demolition and Industrial.
  • Strategically grow your territory with a focus on sustainable, profitable sales.
  • Lead account planning and performance analysis to meet your goals while staying agile and proactive.

About You:

  • You're a natural connector who thrives in B2B environments—confident, organised, and goal-oriented.
  • You bring at least 2 years' experience in direct selling, ideally in an industrial or technical setting.
  • You're comfortable with CRM systems and planning tools—and always looking for smarter ways to work.
