Junior Cost Controller

Monadelphous are seeking a highly motivated Junior Cost Controller to join our Maintenance and Industrial Services division on a full-time basis. This role will be based in the Brisbane Office Monday to Friday, with the occasional requirement for site visits to Papua New Guinea.

Key responsibilities include

  • Subcontractor claim management
  • Monitor and report project costs
  • Monitor purchase orders and deliveries
  • Client invoicing
  • Internal reporting
  • Cost and budget tracking

What you will bring

  • Experience working in a Cost Control role or supporting a cost control role in the resources sector
  • Proficient user of MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Experience using cost management systems / tools
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work produced
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to work as a team player, eagerness to learn new systems and work in dynamic environments
  • Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
