The Company

Let me introduce you to our client Air Connect Services. With almost 20 years' experience, they specialise in delivering high quality fit outs in offices and medical practices in Sydney. They have earnt a reputation for providing excellent quality and great value for service.

Position

Due to growth, their business is looking to employ a reliable tradesman to join their team. The responsibilities of the Tradesman will range from installing, maintaining, repairing and servicing air cooled and water cool systems, in both commercial and residential locations, a timely manner and to the customers satisfaction.

Additional day to day responsibilities include:

  • Install and commission complex systems such as vrv systems and water cooled packaged units (office buildings and retail and residential).
  • Assist in the inspect and test of Mechanical Services Fire Systems.
  • Testing of equipment, including the safe disconnection and reconnection of equipment and electrical and general wiring
  • Conduct OHS audits, observations and risk assessments to ensure a safe work environment
  • Provide training to customers in the correct use of Company products

To be considered for the role, the ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Testing, fault-finding and troubleshooting experience
  • Must have service, installation and maintenance experience
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Maintenance skills
  • Strong commitment to safety in the workplace
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously

You must have the following:

  • Certificate 3 in Air Conditioning (minimum)
  • 10+years' experience
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Valid White card
  • Must be able to a manual car.
