The role

We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct support to participants, assisting them to achieve their personal goals and maintain their independence. Each day will be different, but your work will always make a positive difference in someone's life.

Job Requirements:

  • Have an ABN or able to gain an ABN
  • Rights to work in Australia
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Disability Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card)
  • NDIS Worker Modules
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Aged or Disability Care
  • A Current Australian Federal Police or Queensland National Police Check
  • A current and valid Australian drivers licence
  • A roadworthy and registered vehicle (KM's reimbursed)

Personal Qualities:

  • Suitably qualified professionals with a genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude, with the ability to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
  • Experience in providing personal care and supporting daily living activities.
