  • Monitor facilities and grounds maintenance, liaise with contractors, coordinate repairs, and oversee planned and unplanned maintenance budgets to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.
  • Manage the procurement, maintenance, and sustainability of school resources and equipment in line with departmental guidelines.
  • Build strong professional networks with Business Managers, staff, and community representatives to promote best-practice corporate service delivery and support talent development.
  • Use well-developed interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and empathy to build trust and manage sensitive situations, recognising opportunities to enhance student support and wellbeing.
  • Perform additional tasks aligned with the role's responsibilities as directed by the Principal or delegate.

Please view the role description for a full list of responsibilities.
