We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Case Manager to join our dedicated team, supporting victim survivors of family violence. In this vital role, you will provide personalised case management to individuals and families, helping them access the support they need to live free from violence and rebuild their lives.

About the Role:

As a Case Manager, you will work directly with victim survivors—adults and children—who have experienced family violence. Your support will be trauma-informed, client-centered, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and circumstances.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive risk and needs assessments

Providing crisis response and safety planning

Supporting clients to develop life skills and access personal care

Advocating for access to housing, employment, education, and other essential services

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver coordinated support

What We're Looking For:

Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline (or currently studying)

A strong understanding of family violence and its impact on victim survivors, particularly children

Commitment to working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Current Victorian Working with Children Check and National Police Check
