HR Driver

The Job:

We have exciting full-time permanent opportunities for experienced HR and HC Drivers at our Karratha Depot."

Some Benefits:

• Additional weekly location allowance

• 15% superannuation

• Monday to Friday shifts

• Overtime available when required

• High priority to safety and keeping our team members safe.

• All PPE and uniforms are provided.

Some Key Responsibilities:

• To represent Team Global Express in a professional manner while picking up freight from customers and delivering to customers and in a consistent and timely manner.

• To ensure freight is securely loaded and unloaded and lifted/transported in accordance with safety regulations.

• Adhering to scanning and Proof of Delivery procedures and safe and law-abiding driving practices. The driver is expected to understand and respect TGE's OH&S policies and procedures.

• Manage and collect all consignment paperwork and/or manifests and notes at pickup points.

• Ensure freight is packaged in a safe and effective manner.

About you:
Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Current manual HR/HC licence or above and HR/HC driving experience

• Current Forklift ticket required

• Experience in pick-up and delivery of general and express freight.

• Experience with radio communications systems preferable

• Experience with Load Restraint Systems & Equipment preferable.

• Experience with restraining loads in accordance with National Transport Commission's Load Restraint Guidelines desirable.

• Ability to pass pre-checks (medical/background/D&A)
