Main Responsibilities

  • Loading, transporting and delivering items to customers and/or businesses in a safe, timely manner
  • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied
  • Ensure items are complete and packed correctly
  • Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
  • Perform frequent lifting and carrying of goods
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from customers.
  • Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
  • Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
  • Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications

  • Certificate IV in Logistics (desirable)
  • Manual license
  • Forklift license
  • Medium rigid license or heavy rigid license (MC / HR)
  • White Card
  • National Police Clearance
  • MSIC (desirable)
