Join the Wolf-Tasker family (operators of the iconic Lake House) at our exclusive Dairy Flat Lodge & Farm, Daylesford.

What makes this role special:


• Work on a stunning 40-acre property which includes the lodge, bake house, vineyard orchard, olive grove and farm gardens which supply the Lake House kitchens.


• Work with well-travelled guests who appreciate authenticity and quality


• Showcase farm-to-table dining using produce from our regenerative gardens.


• Be part of an award-winning hospitality family with 40+ years of excellence


• Just 10 minutes from charming Daylesford township

Your day might include:


• Serving a farmhouse style breakfast for in house guests


• Leading fascinating farm tours through our vineyard, orchard, and gardens


• Crafting cocktails for evening aperitivo service


• Setting up activities such as electric bikes for guest use


• Serving farm-style dinners highlighting seasonal produce


• Ensuring our 6-suite lodge exceeds every guest expectation

  • Additional activites may include food and beverage delivery across our various outlets from country style markets to our casual country cafe, special events and more. For the right candidate this is a wonderfully diverse role with plenty of room to grow.

Some overnight stays will be necessary, accommodation provided.

You'll thrive in this role if you:


• Have 3-5 years luxury hospitality experience with basic kitchen skills


• Genuinely love good food, produce, gardens, and sustainable practices


• Excel at communication and building rapport with discerning guests


• Are organized, efficient, and naturally good-humoured


• Seek a long-term opportunity to represent an exceptional brand


• Can balance friendliness with professional service excellence
