Night Porter

Are you a passionate, self-motivated professional with a love for hospitality and exceptional customer service? Novotel Sydney Parramatta is looking for a part-time Night Porter to join our dynamic team

Located just minutes from Parramatta CBD, our hotel caters to a diverse mix of business and leisure travelers. As the Night Porter, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the hotel during the night shift. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests, maintaining security and supporting overnight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist late-arriving guests with check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel premises throughout the night.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in public areas as required.
• Set up and prepare areas for breakfast or early morning operations.
• Conduct end-of-day administrative tasks, including cash handling and report preparation.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality environment is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor with a problem-solving attitude.
• Basic IT skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
