Responsibilities

  1. Collect and analyze technical requirements for ESS projects.
  2. Engage with clients to design ESS solutions based on their needs and prepare bidding documents.
  3. Identify technical risks and resolve system issues during project execution.
  4. Draft and negotiate technical agreements.
  5. Maintain client relationships and gather client needs and insights.
  6. Research local market technical requirements and translate them into competitive product specifications.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in renewable energy, electrical engineering, power electronics, high-voltage power systems, mechanical engineering, automation, or related fields.
  2. Familiarity with renewable energy generation systems or power transmission and distribution systems.
  3. Experience in energy storage system development; understanding of grid-forming PCS technology.
  4. Knowledge of energy storage project development processes and requirements.
  5. Three or more years of experience in energy projects (ESS, PV, power generation, etc.) preferred.
  6. Strong user-needs analysis and customer relationship management skills.
  7. Excellent communication, teamwork, presentation, execution, and logical thinking abilities.
