We are a well-established landscaping business based on Sydney's North Shore, specialising in high-end residential projects. About the Role:

You'll be working on a variety of high-end residential landscaping projects. Our work goes beyond standard structural landscaping — we specialise in creating bespoke outdoor spaces that combine precision, creativity, and craftsmanship to transform some of Sydney's most beautiful homes.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Structural landscaping, including tiling, paving, timber work, and decking

·      Project management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating team members and resources

·      Interpreting plans and executing high-quality finishes

·      Working independently and as part of small a team

·      Leading by example and encouraging team members to grow

·      Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

About You:

· years proven experience as a Senior or Qualified Structural Landscaper

·      Strong skills in tiling, paving, timber work, and decking

·      Ability to problem-solve and manage time effectively

·      A keen eye for detail and high standards of workmanship

·      A great attitude and reliability

·      Current driver's licence
