In this role, you'll design and deliver programs that develop capability, drive engagement, and help us achieve our purpose of creating healthier, happier communities.

What You'll Do
- Design and deliver capability frameworks, blended learning programs, and leadership development initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to identify needs and measure impact.
- Manage and optimise our LMS, including leading project management of new LMS implementation to ensure a smooth rollout and adoption.
- Use data to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in L&D, capability, or organisational development.
- Strong instructional design, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven project management experience, ideally in implementing and integrating LMS platforms.
