About the Role

We're seeking a passionate, knowledgeable sales professional to lead our equine and nutrition category. You'll guide customers through feed choices, supplements, and seasonal care, while supporting general merchandise sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer engagement: Provide tailored advice on equine feeds, supplements, and rural products
  • Sales & merchandising: Maintain displays, signage, and stock levels with seasonal flair
  • Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on products
  • Inventory & ordering: Stock control and supplier coordination
  • Campaign input: Shape signage and promotions around horse racing, breeding, Clubs and local events

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in rural retail or equine care
  • Strong communication and product knowledge
  • Confidence with POS systems and stock management
  • A genuine interest in horses, nutrition, and customer service
  • Forklift ticket or willingness to obtain
