About the Role: 
7-Eleven Australia is on a journey to transform convenience and deliver more value to our customers, suppliers, and partners. We're looking for a strategic and collaborative Retail Media Partnerships Manager to lead the execution and growth of our retail media offering. In this role, you will work closely with Category Managers, Marketing, and Suppliers to develop and deliver impactful retail media partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes for all stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of retail media campaigns across in-store, digital, and owned media channels

• Partner with Category Managers to identify opportunities that align with category growth strategies and supplier objectives

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure campaign messaging and creative are aligned with the 7-Eleven brand and customer promise

• Build strong relationships with key suppliers, supporting them in developing targeted campaigns that drive product visibility and sales

• Use data and insights to evaluate media performance, continuously optimising to maximise return on investment and customer engagement

• Drive innovation in media offerings, exploring new tools, channels, and formats to evolve the 7-Eleven retail media ecosystem

• Work cross-functionally to integrate retail media into broader commercial and customer strategies

What You Bring:

• Extensive experience in category marketing, campaign management or related roles in a Retail or FMCG setting. Retail media and program management experience a bonus.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance commercial and customer outcomes

• Strong analytical mindset with experience using media performance data to inform decisions

• Understanding of retail and supplier dynamics, including co-op funding models and promotional planning

• Exceptional communication and project management skills

• A passion for customer experience and a drive to innovate within the retail space
