The Green Edge – Windsor, Brisbane

The Green Edge is Brisbane's original vegan café, restaurant, and grocer — a thriving, values-driven space that celebrates ethical food and community. We're looking for a passionate and energetic Barista & Beverage Attendant to join our team as we launch our new juice and ice cream bar.

The Role

This hands-on role involves crafting exceptional hot and cold beverages — from expertly brewed coffee to smoothies, frappes, and fresh juices. You'll also provide warm, professional service to customers at our café and juice counter, helping deliver the friendly and welcoming experience The Green Edge is known for.

Hours:

  • 20–25 hours per week
  • Mix of weekday and weekend shifts
  • Daytime and nighttime hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quality barista coffee, smoothies, juices, and frappes
  • Provide exceptional customer service with warmth and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and organised beverage area and equipment
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams
  • Uphold The Green Edge's high standards for presentation, service, and sustainability

About You

  • Experience as a barista or beverage attendant is required
  • Confident in a fast-paced café environment
  • Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Passionate about plant-based food and sustainability
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
