Journeyman is looking for experienced Baristas to join our team of specialty coffee professionals.

Located on Chapel Street, Journeyman Cafe is an established player in the specialty coffee game. Our aim is to serve coffee of the highest standard, at speed, and in volume. The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

- Ensuring brew recipes are on-point
- Stock control, and wastage management
- Ensuring the coffee service area is always well presented
- Excellent latte art

Partnered with Dukes Coffee Roasters, and using the latest gear, you will possess:

- A minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee
- Experience in a high-volume environment
- Extensive coffee knowledge about brewing and origins
- Sound skills with filter coffee
- The ability to set brew recipes for both filter and espresso singles, and develop your team's ability to do so as well.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON WEEKENDS

The position is full time, part time or casual and pay will be negotiated against your experience.
