Artemis Creative is a video production and content agency helping service-based businesses grow their visibility and impact through powerful storytelling. We work with brands nationwide, producing high-quality videos and we help to build brand awareness by making videos for all social media, YouTube and websites.

We are expanding and looking for a motivated Sales Assistant who knows how to take warm leads and close them confidently.

About the Role

This role is for someone who loves sales, follows up consistently, and knows how to build trust quickly. You'll be responsible for calling leads already in our pipeline, warming them up, answering their questions, and closing sales for our video production packages and monthly accounts.

This is primarily commission-based, ideal for someone who wants high earning potential and thrives when they're rewarded for performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call warm leads already in our CRM and follow up consistently until they convert
  • Close sales for video production, workshops, and monthly content.
  • Keep track of leads, touchpoints, and follow-up deadlines
  • Send information packs and ensure prospects receive everything they need
  • Maintain professional communication through phone, SMS, and email
  • Understand our services well enough to confidently explain value and pricing to close them without assistance.
  • Provide daily updates on pipeline progress and conversions to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong phone confidence and excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or closing deals
  • Comfortable following up until the answer is yes or no
  • Organised, disciplined, and able to manage your own schedule
  • Ability to build quick rapport and guide prospects to a decision
  • Motivated by commission and performance-based rewards
