We are looking for a customer focused Sales Assistant to join our Retail team in Chatswood, Sydney. In this role, you will be working at our David Jones concession Thursday - Saturday as well as potential shifts in our three other Sydney locations.

About Mud Australia:

Founded in 1994 and designed by Shelley Simpson, Mud Australia handmakes timeless porcelain homewares locally in Sydney. With ten stores in Sydney, Melbourne, Byron Bay, London, New York, and Los Angeles, and stockists globally, Mud Australia continues to cement its presence as a global business. About the role:

This role acts as a brand ambassador in the David Jones location providing brand story education to customers and offering the highest levels of customer service.

Ideally you will:

  • Have prior experience working in retail

  • Be self-motivated and hardworking
  • Have exacting standards and attention to detail
  • Be sales focused and results driven
  • Be eager to become the expert on our range, its manufacture and many uses
  • Be calm under pressure
