Inline Physio Ashgrove is seeking a Part-Time Administration Assistant for 21 hours per week.

Days and Hours:

Wednesday 8:30-1pm

Thursday 8:30-6pm

Friday 8:30-5:30pm

Inline Physio Moorooka is seeking a Part-Time Administration Assistant to join our friendly and dynamic team of Allied Health Professionals. This role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of a small private practice that delivers high-quality healthcare in the heart of Ashgrove.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

You'll be responsible for front desk administration, appointment management, and patient communications while contributing to a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Patient Care: Warmly welcome patients and be the friendly face of our clinic.
  • Customer Service & Bookings: Confidently manage phone and email inquiries, converting inquiries into appointments.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and oversee bookings using our practice management software.
  • Case Coordination: Liaise with insurers, medical centers, and third-party providers (e.g., DVA, WorkCover).
  • Billing & Payments: Process invoices, HICAPS, EFTPOS, and Medicare payments (via Tyrohealth).
  • Administration Support: Prepare and finalise referral letters, maintain records, and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Practice Management: Assist with housekeeping tasks to maintain a well-run and professional clinic.
  • Clinic Presentation: Ensure the clinic maintains a professional and welcoming appearance through light housekeeping and organization.

Previous experience in health administration is preferred, but we welcome candidates with other office or administrative experience.

Training & Support

  • You'll receive 3 days of one-on-one training with our current experienced Admin Assistants
  • Our cloud-based systems ensure access to remote support from staff at our other locations and the company director.
  • A comprehensive online procedures and training system is available for ongoing guidance.
