You'll work closely with developers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to lead technical reviews, on-site inspections, and pre-start meetings, providing practical solutions that support our customers and communities. Your day might involve reviewing complex infrastructure plans, negotiating development outcomes, or training others on engineering standards, all while upholding our service commitments and championing safety.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based at our Maroochydore head office.

  • Experience interpreting and applying legislation, codes, and engineering standards in water and sewerage development assessments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you're confident engaging with stakeholders, presenting technical information clearly, and negotiating outcomes.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a drive to deliver quality service and practical, timely advice.
  • A knack for problem-solving and continuous improvement, with a commitment to innovation and best practice.
  • Confidence leading site inspections, audits, and pre-start meetings to ensure works are compliant and safe.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and is passionate about contributing to sustainable infrastructure solutions in a rapidly evolving environment.
