We are looking for individuals who enjoy learning and are enthusiastic about mastering new technology. Your ability to quickly pick up new systems will be important in this role. Key to success in this role is building strong relationships with our repairer network and support our customers when they need it most.

About the Role:

  • Location: Sippy Downs - Sunshine Coast
  • Roster: Monday to Friday – Office Based
  • Focus: Desktop assessments across various states

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess property damage, validate claims, and estimate repair costs
  • Approve repairs or replacements using competitive quotes
  • Manage complaints, organise follow-ups, and maintain strong service provider relationships
  • Meet targets for repair time, cost, and customer satisfaction, while following safety guidelines

About You

  • Trade qualification with at least 4 years post trade qualification
  • Alternatively, a Diploma in Loss adjusting or Assessing or Cert IV in Loss adjusting or Assessing
  • Estimating or previous Assessing experience will be highly regarded
  • Tech-savvy and enjoy learning new systems
  • A solid understanding of insurance claim processes and building terminology
