Media Planner / Buyer – Full-Service Agency

  • Up to a $100K salary package – depending on experience

Our client is an independent, full-service agency with over 30 years of proven results and long-standing client relationships. They are now expanding the media team and on the lookout for an experienced
Media Planner / Buyer
who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment — someone ready to make their mark in a role that offers both autonomy and opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, negotiate and implement effective media campaigns across
    TV, Outdoor, Radio, and Press
  • Build trusted client and media partner relationships
  • Mentor 1 x Exec and 1 x Coordinator - support team development
  • Review and analyse media proposals to ensure value and performance
  • Manage bookings and campaign accuracy in Spectre MD
  • Deliver clear reporting, invoicing and post-campaign analysis / market mix modelling using Mutinex

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in a media agency planning &/or buying offline channels
  • Proficiency with Spectre MD, Roy Morgan, and Fusion
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities
  • A proactive attitude and love of collaboration
