We are a fast-growing online brand that has been around for 5 years and we have just moved into a brand new office and warehouse in Villawood. Our office and warehouse are in the same building but in separate spaces, giving you the best mix of office and hands-on work. We are focused on building a strong in-house team and are slowly bringing on talented people who want to grow with the business. You will be working in a modern, open office with the latest equipment and a supportive team around you.

What you will be doing

  • Manage customer emails and support tickets to deliver a 5 star experience
  • Be the online face of our brand and ensure every customer feels supported
  • Enjoy variety in your day by moving between the office and the warehouse
  • Stay active by helping the team pack orders once the inbox is clear
