A Full time Warehouse - Container Unloader/pick packer position has become available to join our fast-paced team at our warehouse, located in Villawood.

You will ideally have experience in a previous dispatch role, demonstrate initiative, and energetic, can-do, hands-on approach. The role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

**About the Role**:

- Stock storing, stationery, and inventory supplies allocation
- Must be physically fit for heavy manual lifting (up to 25kg) and unloading duties (up to 40ft containers) on a daily/weekly basis
- Taping and lifting boxes onto pallets for sending
- Dispatching of stock daily via courier
- Moving pallets via pallet jack
- Warehouse and Logistics duties
- Stock and Supplier spot checks
- Picking and packing
- Must be available to work flexible hours (including additional hours as required) and preferably PR status

**To be successful in this role you will possess the following**:

- Must have at least 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Be reliable and can work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and motivational skills
- Display a customer-first attitude, a high level of enthusiasm, and energy
- Highly organized in a timely manner work productively to Courier timeframes as well as maintain tidiness of your assigned workstations
- Consistently meet and exceed minimum performance requirements
- Ability to work well and cooperate to support the team, and other departments and foster a team environment
