The Role
We're looking for a Sales Consultant who understands what goes into a roof. Ideally, you've worked on one. Maybe you're a roofer looking for something new, a tradie ready to put your knowledge to work in a client-facing role, or someone who's worked in construction sales and gets how homes are built. This role is about more than quoting, it's about guiding clients to make confident decisions on one of their home's biggest upgrades.

What We Offer

  • $50,000 base (negotiable) uncapped commission – realistic earnings of $100K to $150K

  • Company vehicle fuel card

  • Full training – if you know how a roof goes together, we'll teach you how to sell it

  • A clear pathway with real support, not micromanagement

  • Be part of a close-knit team that backs each other

What You'll Do

  • Meet with clients at their homes to assess and quote roof replacements

  • Build rapport and explain options clearly, without the hard sell

  • Manage your leads and appointments with support from our office team

  • Take pride in representing a respected brand with a strong reputation

  • Work flexible hours, including some after-hours appointments when needed

What You'll Need

  • Roofing, building, or trade experience (preferred but not essential)

  • Strong communication and people skills – you're relatable, honest, and professional

  • Self-motivated with the drive to hit targets and earn well

  • Full driver's licence and comfortable being on the road across Adelaide
