As a Rotational Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work across various clinical areas, gaining comprehensive experience and contributing to patient care excellence in a supportive environment.

We have positions available Campbelltown and Camden, Fairfield and Liverpool Hospitals and offer a unique chance to develop your skills in diverse settings, including acute care, rehabilitation, and community services.

Who Can Apply

We welcome applications from current occupational therapy students who are scheduled to graduate and obtain AHPRA registration by early 2026. This also includes occupational therapy students from universities scheduled for mid-year graduation in 2025 and eligible for AHPRA registration. Priority will be given to Australian residents.

What You'll be Doing

Provide a high quality occupational therapy service to clients and their families/carers to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for the clients of the service. This encompasses ensuring effective and efficient entry, assessment, treatment planning, treatment implementation, evaluation and separation of patients/clients in a multi-disciplinary setting. The Occupational Therapist is also responsible for undertaking designated administrative tasks necessary to support service delivery.

  • Completing Final Semester of a Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy, with eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention in a hospital setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy in a range of programs
  • Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
