What You'll Be Doing

You'll be our on-the-ground asset caretaker — moving between sites in Bentleigh, Frankston, Brighton, and Bayswater, keeping our buildings clean, safe, and beautiful both inside and out.

Outdoor Grounds & Garden Maintenance

• Mowing lawns and nature strips

• Trimming hedges, pruning trees, and blowing leaves

• Weeding garden beds and outdoor walkways

• Removing green waste

• Keeping entryways, car parks, and surrounding areas neat and welcoming

Indoor Cleaning of Common Areas

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors

• Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, kitchenettes, and shared zones

• Restocking supplies, removing bins, and keeping everything in its place

• Spot-cleaning windows, glass doors, high-touch surfaces

• Caring for indoor plants and maintaining a fresh, presentable atmosphere

Light Repairs & Maintenance

• Fixing minor issues (light bulbs, loose fittings, etc.)

• Reporting more complex repairs to our team

• Keeping an eye out for safety risks, hazards, and wear-and-tear before they become a problem

You'll Be a Great Fit If You...

• Are a proud, detail-oriented worker who notices the small things

• Like keeping places clean, tidy, and in top condition

• Are self-directed and thrive with autonomy

• Have experience in cleaning, gardening, or general maintenance

• Are physically fit and happy being on your feet outdoors

• Have a valid driver's licence and full working rights in Australia

The Package

• Salary: $60,000 Superannuation

• Schedule: 7:30am – 3:30pm (Monday to Friday)

• Leave:

  • 4 weeks annual leave

  • 10 days personal/carer's leave

  • Paid public holidays

• Extras:

  • Company vehicle provided for site travel

  • Uniform and all tools/equipment supplied
